Deep Creek Sailing School was established in 1992. We are a not-for-profit organization and although we are located within the first floor of the Deep Creek Yacht Club at Turkey Neck, we are not affiliated with this or any yacht club and are operated by an independent volunteer board of directors. We rely on the generosity of the sailing community, businesses, and patrons to continue introducing new sailors to this wonderful sport and hope you will choose to become one of our supporters.
DCSS has no full-time paid staff and is operated by a highly motivated and dedicated, volunteer board of directors. Part-time instructional staff are hired each summer. Would you like to be a part of our team? If you would have interest in volunteering your time or talents to the school or are interested in becoming a sailing instructor or intern, please contact Susan Wolffe at firstname.lastname@example.org.
